The electrofusion saddle hdpe for optimizing on-site construction efficiency can be fused with the main pipe and branch pipe simply using an electric fusion machine without the need for complex tools. It can be operated by a single person. The arc-shaped saddle seat is equipped with a positioning structure, which quickly fits the outer wall of the main pipe and ensures welding accuracy. The top opening valve design facilitates later maintenance and branch pipe shut-off without the need for additional valve installation. The PE100 material is resistant to aging and does not form deposits, requiring no maintenance operation. It is suitable for batch construction scenarios such as residential water supply and rural drinking water safety projects, with pressure ratings covering PN10/PN16. Customized non-standard specifications are available to meet different branch flow requirements.

The gas pipe fittings are exclusively made of Borouge HE3490, which is a PE100 grade dual peak blend. It has passed the GB 15558.1 gas mandatory certification and possesses excellent resistance to rapid/slow crack propagation, environmental stress cracking resistance, and long-term stability, meeting the high safety requirements for gas delivery.
