HDPE Electrofusion End Cap
HDPE Electrofusion End Cap is a specially designed electrofusion pipe fitting for the end sealing of polyethylene (PE) pipeline systems. We produce high-density polyethylene pipe fittings in accordance with the GB/T13663.3-2018 standard and the GB/T15558.3-2023 standard. It is heated by the built-in resistance wire, causing the pipe cap to melt and bond with the outer wall of the PE pipe at a controllable temperature and time, forming an end cover with a strength comparable to that of the pipe body and permanent sealing performance. It is widely applied to the sealing of pipe ends, branch ends or temporary pipe openings in fields such as municipal water supply and drainage, gas transmission, chemical fluids, and farmland irrigation.
