Union Electrofusion

The electric fusion three-way fitting with different diameters is a core pipe fitting for changing diameters and conductingin PE water supply/gas pipelines. It is specially designed for 90° diversion and diameter change connections of pipes of different diameters. It is produced using high-quality food-grade HDPE raw materials and achieves seamless and high-strength connections of pipelines through the electric fusion welding process. It is widely used in municipal water supply, gas transportation, chemical wastewater discharge, and agricultural irrigation and other engineering scenarios.

Built-in high-precision electrofusion wire. During welding, it is heated uniformly by the electrofusion welding machine, fusing the pipe fitting and the pipe material into one piece. This completely eliminates the risk of leakage. The connection strength is far greater than that of the pipe material itself. It has excellent seismic and settlement resistance performance, and perfectly meets the long-term usage requirements of buried pipelines.
