Branch Saddle HDPE
The installation of Electrofusion Branch Saddle is highly efficient and convenient. It can be operated without shutting down the main pipeline and is suitable for narrow Spaces. The embedded heating wire, combined with the barcode, comes with welding parameters. Trained personnel can operate it with standard equipment, significantly shortening the construction period.
Electric fusion welding forms a homogeneous whole. The joint strength is higher than that of the pipe material itself. Combined with hidden heating wires and a triple sealing structure, it eliminates the risk of leakage. The welding effect can be directly confirmed through the observation hole.
It is stable and durable in performance, made of high-quality HDPE material, with strong impact resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It is not prone to cracking at -80℃ and can adapt to harsh environments such as underground and chemical plants. The maintenance cost throughout its life cycle is low.
It has a wide range of compatibility, with dimensions ranging from 63x20mm to 315x110mm. It complies with multiple international standards and is widely used in municipal projects such as water supply, gas, and chemical industries, and is compatible with various HDPE pipe systems.
