HDPE Electrofusion Tapping Saddle
HDPE Electrofusion Tapping Saddle are core pipe fittings used for branch connections of main pipelines. They are made of high-quality HDPE material and are equipped with embedded hidden heating wires. They are compatible with various types of PE80 and PE100 pipes. There is no need to shut down or cut the main pipeline. They are fixed by bolt clamping and are suitable for narrow construction environments, significantly reducing operation costs and time. During welding, parameters can be read by scanning the barcode. After being powered on, the pipe and pipe fitting melt into one, with high joint strength. It is equipped with a dedicated plug and a triple sealing structure to eliminate the risk of leakage. The welding effect can be directly confirmed through the observation hole.
EF Tapping Saddle complies with multiple international standards, is corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, and does not crack at a low temperature of -80℃. It is widely used in municipal projects such as water supply and gas.
