Products Description
The electrofusion end cap pn16 (HDPE EF End Cap) is made by injection molding with a new PE100 raw material. It is equipped with a precise resistance heating coil and achieves molecular-level fusion with the HDPE pipe through an electrofusion welding machine, forming a permanent zero-leakage sealing structure.
The specifications cover DN40–DN315, with pressure ratings of PN10/PN16 (SDR11/SDR17). It is suitable for sealing the ends of municipal water supply, gas, chemical, and sewage treatment pipelines. It complies with GB/T 15558, EN 12201, and ISO 4427 standards. It is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, and has a buried service life of ≥ 50 years.
