HDPE Electrofusion Coupling
HDPE Electrofusion Coupling is a type of pipe fitting used in plastic pipe systems for the straight connection of pipes of the same diameter. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, it features excellent corrosion resistance, good toughness and a long service life. The connection is made by electrofusion welding, featuring high interface strength, good sealing performance, and simple and fast construction. The electric fusion straight-through is equipped with an internal resistance wire. When powered on, it generates heat to melt the contact surface. After cooling, it forms a firm integral connection. This pipe fitting is suitable for water supply and drainage, gas transmission, chemical and other fields, especially for buried pipeline systems. It can effectively resist soil stress and temperature changes, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the pipeline system.
