The PE fitting electrofusion, developed strictly in accordance with the GB/T standard, is specially designed for high-load and long-distance pipeline projects. The product is made from PE100 grade raw materials and high-temperature-resistant resistors, and is crafted through precise injection molding. It has uniform wall thickness and excellent impact resistance. The internal resistor layout is precise, and it can automatically match parameters with the electric fusion welding machine by scanning. The welding process has zero errors and can withstand a continuous operating pressure of 1.6 MPa. It can effectively resist complex working conditions such as ground subsidence and external force impact, providing a long-term and stable connection solution for the project.
Key parameters: Static hydraulic strength ≥ 20 MPa, temperature resistance -20℃ to 60℃
