What are the key operation points during the welding of electrically fused pipe fittings?
1. Insertion depth: The pipe must be inserted to the limit step of the pipe fitting to ensure complete entry into the effective melting zone, avoiding insufficient insertion that leads to incomplete welding.
2. Clamping fixation: Use a dedicated fixture to lock the pipe and the pipe fitting together, eliminating the gap during insertion, ensuring stable circumferential pressure and preventing the melt from not being fully squeezed and fused.
3. Parameter control: Strictly follow the welding parameters. The melting temperature should be controlled within 160°C - 250°C, the melting depth should reach 1.5mm - 2mm, and the deviation of the power-on time should not exceed ±8%.
4. Environmental adaptation: In low-temperature environments (<5°C), insulation measures should be taken and the heating time extended. After scraping in windy and sandy weather, immediately cover the pipe to avoid secondary pollution.
