Sealing the End of a Pipe With an Electrofusion Cap

Every PE line ends somewhere: at a tank, a valve, or a deliberately blanked stub waiting for a future connection. This electrofusion end cap provides that closure, welded directly onto the pipe so the terminal is as strong as the rest of the run.

One Fusion Closes the Line

The cap is slid onto the prepared pipe end and fused in place with standard equipment. The result is a continuous polymer closure with no separate seal ring, clamp or thread that could age, and no path for leakage at the end of the line.

Installation note

Prepare and clean the pipe end, position the cap square to the line, weld, and allow the joint to cool before pressurising or backfilling.
