This electrofusion end cap is designed for terminating PE100/PE80 pipelines, with an integrated side port for pressure monitoring, air venting or fluid sampling.
- Material: High-density polyethylene (PE100), corrosion-resistant, UV-stabilized for long service life (50+ years).
- Connection: Electrofusion welding, ensuring a leak-proof, integral bond with the main pipe.
- Key Features:
1. Pre-drilled side port with orange protective cap, compatible with standard pressure gauges and valves.
2. Full compliance with ISO 4427, EN 12201 and GB/T 13663 ,GB/T 15558 standards.
3. Suitable for water supply, gas distribution and industrial fluid systems.
- Applications: Municipal infrastructure, agricultural irrigation, oil & gas, chemical processing.

Each small pipe fitting of the same specification is individually sealed in a transparent PE plastic bag, which prevents transportation damage and deformation from the very beginning. Small pipe fittings (DN20–DN250mm) are packed in a five-layer thickened corrugated cardboard box, with a filling rate strictly ≥ 90%, completely eliminating any shaking inside the box. Large pipe fittings (DN250–DN1600mm) are wrapped and packaged with high-strength woven bags. OEM/ODM customization is supported. Logo printing, customized cardboard boxes, and mixed packaging zones can all be negotiated to meet various export scenarios.

- Water supply system: Utilize Sinopec PE100 grade HDPE, meeting hygiene standards, with high strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for municipal or home water supply, safe and durable for 50 years.
- Gas supply system: Adopt Bollu HE3490-LS imported PE100 special material, with double peak structure, strong anti-cracking property and excellent gas tightness, in line with international gas pipeline standards, with zero gas leakage.
