Electrofusion Branch Saddle - Dn63x20 to Dn225x63, PN10 / PN16

The electrofusion branch saddle adds a branch connection to an existing HDPE main, or repairs localised damage, by fusing a molecular-level bond between the fitting and the pipe wall. Pressure-bearing hole-opening technology means the branch can be created while the main keeps operating, so there is no large-scale water or gas shutdown.

Our Factory

Zhejiang Qingfa Pipe Technology Co., Ltd. has invested in a modern HDPE pipe fitting production base equipped with 42 advanced injection moulding machines, nearly 50 high-precision CNC processing units and more than 10 automated welding machines, supported by a central feeding system and multiple automated lines. The fully automated process reduces human intervention while the CNC equipment keeps dimensions precise. Annual capacity is 10,000 tons of high-density polyethylene pipe fittings, and quality complies with ISO and GB standards.

Packaging

Pieces of the same specification are independently sealed in transparent PE bags to prevent transit damage. Small items from DN20 to DN250 are packed in five-layer corrugated boxes at a 90 percent fill rate so nothing shifts in transit, while large items from DN250 to DN1600 are wrapped in wear-resistant woven bags. OEM and ODM services include logo printing, customised cartons and mixed packing of multiple specifications, and the minimum order quantity is negotiable.
