HDPE Ball Valve - PE100 Valve for Gas and Water Lines

This high-density polyethylene PE ball valve is moulded in a single injection process from new national-standard HDPE raw material. It splits into three categories - the ordinary straight-through ball valve, the buried valve with release and extended rod, and the double release and extended rod ball valve - covering underground laying of PE gas pipelines and municipal water supply pipelines. It is a key control fitting for urban gas transmission and distribution and for rural water supply and drainage networks.

Product Type

• Standard PE ball valve - no extended rod; the body is fully integrated and both ends are hot-melt socket welded to PE pipe. Normally used in shallow trenches and for sectional opening and closing of indoor pipework.
• Single diffusion ball valve - top extended operating rod plus a single-side release valve, so it can be installed deep underground with the handle reaching the surface. It allows single-sided pressure relief and discharge, and is a common model on gas mains.
• Double diffusion ball valve - release valves and extended transmission rods on both sides, a standard product for gas mains and municipal main pipes. Fixed supports hold the assembly, and after burial the stem reaches the ground so the valve can be operated without excavation.
